Ett år med åpenhetsloven: La oss se på realitetene i næringslivets menneskerettsansvar. 

Åpenhetsloven har satt et sterkere søkelys på næringslivets menneskerettsansvar og medfører nye lovpålagte plikter for selskapet og styret . Både de lovpålagte redegjørelsene fra bedriftene og konkrete erfaringer fra virksomheter som har jobbet lenge med sitt menneskerettsansvar gir innsikt i realitetene i dette ansvaret.

• Hvilke rettigheter må norske virksomheter i praksis møte i ulike markeder?

• Hvordan håndteres de, og hvordan møtes forventingene om å respektere rettighetene
