FutureBoards Cross-Border Dialogue - Women in Finance // Boards & Top Management
Achieving broader diversity among its board directors and top management teams is a means to ensure that the company is better prepared for rapid changes in markets, technology, economy and regulatory frameworks.
As the pace to improve the gender balance on boards and in top management teams are depressingly slow, we are determined to help speed the process. By exchanging experience, knowledge and ideas across borders, we believe that we can move faster.
That is why we are inviting a group of female leaders within the Norwegian financial industry, to visit financial institutions in London and to meet with fellow leaders. The purpose of the tour is to gather insight on activities and actions that actually works.
CO-HOSTS AND CO-ORGANIZERS
The study tour is supported by ABGSC Women in Finance Foundation.
The FutureBoards Cross Border Dialogue is co-hosted by The Royal Norwegian Embassy in London and Kvinner i Finans Charter (Women in Finance Charter Norway), and kindly supported by ABG Sundal Collier Women in Finance Foundation.
